The 14" EliteBook 640 G9 Laptop from HP is a cost-effective, powerful, and highly secure system that allows easy standardization into existing IT environments, while giving end-users the tools they need to work from almost anywhere. This system is powered by a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U 10-Core processor and 16GB of 3200 MHz DDR4 memory that can be upgraded to 64GB.

The 14" UWVA anti-glare IPS display features a Full HD 1920 x 1080 native resolution that is equipped with LED backlighting, a 16:9 aspect ratio, 250 nits of brightness, a 600:1 typical contrast ratio, a refresh rate of 60 Hz, viewing angles of 85/85/85/85°, and coverage for 45% of the NTSC color gamut. Integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics delivers a sharp, clear picture, and you'll be able to output video to an external display using DisplayPort via Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI 2.0b outputs.

For storage of your files, there's a 256GB solid-state drive. If you want to add external storage drives or other peripherals, the EliteBook 640 G9 features one 40 Gb/s Thunderbolt 4 port that supports DisplayPort 1.4 and USB Power Delivery. There are also three 5 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one of which doubles as a charging port. Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) are built-in for wired and wireless networking, while Bluetooth 5.2 technology will allow you to connect additional compatible peripherals. Other integrated features include a 720p webcam with an integrated privacy shutter, dual-array mics, 2W stereo speakers, and a touch fingerprint sensor for fingerprint authentication.

The EliteBook 640 G9 Laptop includes a 65W power adapter and an HP Long Life 3-cell / 42Wh lithium-ion polymer battery that supports fast charging of up to 50% in 30 minutes and lasts for up to 11 hours before recharging is required. The installed operating system is Windows 11 Pro (64-bit).

You can also communicate with those who don't have the Teams app installed using two-way SMS messaging.
