Denon DBT-1713UD 3D Ready Universal Disc Player

Watch movies, TV shows, and even online videos using the DBT-1713UD Universal Disc Player from Denon. The DBT-1713UD can play Blu-ray discs, DVDs, CDs, and other popular disc formats. It also allows you to stream videos from online services such as Netflix, VUDU, Hulu, and YouTube. A fanless design makes the player exceptionally quiet, while a fully shielded drive mechanism provides steady playback. A remote control is included.

Sporting a solid cabinet, large footprint, and sleek black finish, the DBT-1713UD is made to match other Denon home theater system components. Because it contains no fan, it's virtually silent. A fully shielded drive mechanism suppresses internal and external vibrations and electromagnetic noise for consistent, precise playback.

This player also loads and begins playing discs 20 percent faster than Denon's previous model. Other design features include a rigid chassis and a molded front panel for optimal durability and performance.

Included with the player is an intuitive remote control featuring glowing cursor and operation keys and direct access buttons for online video services. You can also use the remote to operate a Denon AV receiver.

Denon offers a remote app you can download to control the DBT-1713UD using your iPhone, iPad, or Android-based device (when using the player in conjunction with a Denon AV receiver launching in 2012 that supports the app).

The DBT-1713UD comes equipped with a USB port on the front along with an HDMI output, an Ethernet port, a left/right analog audio output for multi-zone distribution, and remote control in/out ports. The player measures 4-1/4 by 17-3/32 by 11-39/64 inches (H x W x D) and weighs 10-13/16 pounds.
