The bright 4200-lumen, WXGA (1280 x 800) native resolution NEC MC423W is ideal for classrooms that need a clear image that can be seen all around the room. The MC Series offers an incredible lamp life up to 20,000 hours which reduces maintenance requirements and lowers total cost of ownership. The environment is kept in mind with ECO Mode™ technology, a carbon savings meter and energy-saving features such as quick startup and auto power off. Built-in MultiPresenter functionality allows for screen sharing of up to 16 devices simultaneously via a wired or wireless connection (wireless requires NP05LM1). MultiPresenter is Windows, MAC, Android and iOS compatible. (No Internet access or WAN required)

Features

Enjoy bright, clear images in your classroom with the NEC NP-MC423W 4200-Lumen WXGA Education LCD Projector. Its 4200 lumens of brightness can overcome ambient light in most classroom settings, while its 16,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio can help ensure discernible detail in most images. The projector's native WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution is suitable for most video and file formats, and will accept up to 1920 x 1200 resolution source inputs.

The NP-MC423W has VGA, composite video, and two HDMI inputs to support most input types, plus an analog audio input and built-in 16W speaker that will provide audio for your video. The 1.4 to 1.6:1:1 throw ratio and 1.2x zoom allow you to place the projector near the back of the room in most cases. It is controllable via Ethernet, RS-232, the included IR remote control, or various control software options.

MultiPresenter
MultiPresenter is application software that lets you display your device's screen (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) on the projector via wired or wireless LAN. MultiPresenter is free and available on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android. MultiPresenter enables you to display real-time images with your device's internal camera, or web pages on your in combination with a file sharing application.
USB Viewer
This permits computer-free playback of presentations or display images stored as JPG files from a USB flash drive.
Built-In Speaker
The built-in 16W speaker provides the volume needed for large rooms.
Dual HDMI Inputs with HDCP

Cornerstone Correction
Cornerstone correction allows for horizontal, vertical, and diagonal image correction for aligned images even when the projector is set up at an angle to the screen.

Advanced AccuBlend
This ensures detailed images when non-native resolution sources are connected to the projector.
