With integrated wireless connectivity, voice recognition, and home automation support, theAmazon Tapisn't your typical portable wireless speaker. Equipped with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and a microphone, the Tap connects to your home or office's wireless network and allows you to intuitively play music, check the weather and traffic anywhere in the US, hear sports scores, and more.

Using voice recognition technology, the built-in microphone allows the Echo to recognize your voice from any direction in the room, even while music is playing. Thanks to its 360 omni-directional design, the speaker emits sound in all directions. Bluetooth 3.0 enables the Tap to wirelessly pair and play audio from a variety of audio sources, such as smartphones and tablets.

LED indicators, a microphone button, and volume and control buttons give you the opportunity to control your Tap without using your mobile device. The Amazon Tap stands 6.2 tall and incorporates a pair of 1.5" drivers and a pair of passive radiators along with Dolby processing for producing full-range sound. 3.5mm aux-in support lets you play audio directly from devices without wireless connectivity. The battery lasts for up to nine hours and a charging cradle is included.
